Conference Information
Hello Delegates and Faculty Advisors,
Thank you so much for your interest in RMUN VI! We are delighted to have you join us at the Rice Model United Nations Conference DATE TBD. Please review the information below as you prepare for the conference.
Liability Waivers
There are two forms that every delegate has to fill out before they come to RMUN. They include a Minor Participation Agreement and an Authorization to Use Images. If delegates or sponsors are uncomfortable with authorizing Rice to take pictures of them, please let us know ASAP! Please print them out and bring them with you to RMUN!
Parking Information
School Buses: Designated parking locations for school buses are marked in the attached map. Please ensure buses are parked in the specified area.
Personal Vehicles: Parking for personal vehicles is available at the Greenbriar Lot. The cost is $3 per entry, payable at the lot entrance. More information can be found on this website.
Check-in and Opening Ceremony
Check-in for the conference will be from TIME AND LOCATION TBD. Only the sponsor needs to be present at our table to check delegations in. There, we will hand sponsors each delegation’s name tags. Delegations who have not paid the conference fees, will have the chance to complete the payment during check-in.
The Opening Ceremony will be in LOCATION TBD. Unfortunately, due to space constraints, we had to split the ceremony into two rooms. The list below details which room each delegation should go to. It is important that each delegation attend the opening ceremony in their assigned room.
